I just installed the Re-Speed spherical bearings in the front control arms and rear lower trailing arms of my ITA RX7. I'm wondering if these are Teflon lined, and if they should be lubricated or not. If they do need lube, what kind is recommended? Also, what should be used to clean the dirt out of them; air or some kind of cleaner such as Brakleen?

They will need to be periodically removed and cleaned. Best case is to wipe them out with a towel. Air may cause dirt to be lodged into the bearing liner. Sprays may eat the liner. if this is a track only car then cleaning would be every 2 to 3 races. More if you run in the rain - Or have an off smile.gif

Thank you,
